Air travel
Air travel is not included in the land cost of our luxury adventures. You are responsible for making your own arrangements for air transportation. Suggested flights are outlined in the departure package we will send you and our partner travel agent can assist you with flights. Please contact us for further information.
Arrival / departure
Negombo, Sri Lanka is the arrival and departure point for our luxury adventure. We will spend the first and last nights in Negombo.
Visas
Australians do not require visas for visits of 30 days or less to Sri Lanka. For the latest information about visas, consult the Department of Immigration and Emigration Sri Lanka, or the Sri Lankan embassy in your country.
Passport
You will require a passport that will be valid for at least six months from the date of entry into Sri Lanka, and a return air ticket or onward ticket to another international destination. You may be required to present your passport when you check into hotels.
Travel insurance
It is our policy that all Seven Skies travellers take out a comprehensive personal travel insurance policy to cover against sickness, accident, loss of baggage, trip cancellation due to bad weather or other unforeseeable reasons, and in the unlikely event that you need emergency evacuation by plane or helicopter due to illness or accident. We recommend you take out insurance at the time of booking your luxury adventure. Please supply us with the policy details (insurance company name, contact details, and policy number) prior to departure.
Health advice
Please consult your doctor for information regarding your health requirements and immunisations for your luxury adventure to Sri Lanka. We suggest that you consult your doctor at least 4 – 6 weeks before your departure date.
Changes to itinerary
It is the nature of travel that plans can change due to unforeseen events and circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility if the itinerary changes.
